Kristen Herzog
Owner & Founder of Perfect Dose, Medical Director & Expert Injector
Dr. Herzog, a.k.a. “The Perfect Dose”, is the founder and owner of Perfect Dose. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and then proceeded to get her Doctorate’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a national speaker and trainer for Galderma and Allergan. Dr. Herzog prides herself as a consultation expert who specializes in facial balancing with filler, Sculptra and PDO threads.
Dr. Herzog spent five years as an Emergency Room nurse prior to joining medical aesthetics in 2018. She originally went into nursing to help care for patients and contribute to them feeling better. Combining her love for medical aesthetics, inspiring confidence and passion for helping people, Dr. Herzog founded her own practice, Perfect Dose, in 2020. She wanted to create a space where science meets elevated experience. Today, Perfect Dose is well-known for offering customized, result-driven treatments in a family-like atmosphere.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Herzog also co-founded Perfect Dose RX in 2022; a medical grade skincare line with clean ingredients. When creating this line, her mission was to merge clean skincare formulas with medical grade ingredients that outperform conventional alternatives at an affordable price for all patients.
When Dr. Herzog is not treating, speaking or training, you can find her spending time with her husband, Steven, their son, Jackson, and two chihuahuas; Prince and Pancake.

Brooklyn Pacconi is a highly experienced aesthetic nurse injector who joined the Perfect Dose team in 2020. She specializes in facial balancing, collagen stimulation, and natural-looking results. With a focus on biostimulators, fillers, and neuromodulators, she creates customized treatment plans that support long-term skin health and confidence. Known for her precision and subtle approach, Brooklyn is committed to delivering safe, effective, and artfully enhanced outcomes.

Camrie Bickle
Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
Camrie is a highly experienced Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician who joined the Perfect Dose team in 2023. With a career in medical aesthetics that began in 2019, she brings both clinical expertise and a calm, caring approach to every treatment she performs. An Arizona native, Camrie completed her aesthetics education at the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics. Since then, she has gained hands-on experience in medical spas and served as a National Trainer for Aesthetics Biomedical Inc., where she educated providers across the country on advanced technologies like Vivace Microneedling and Vivace Ultra. She is passionate about skin health and laser technology. Whether you’re new to aesthetics or a seasoned skincare enthusiast, Camrie will tailor each visit to your unique goals with precision and care.

Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician & Patient Care-Coordinator
Jacqueline joined Perfect Dose in 2024 as a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician as well as patient care-coordinator. She is from Las Vegas, NV growing up in the desert she found a passion for skincare and helping others achieve their goals with comfort and positivity! She attended Imaj Institute of medical aesthetics and laser. She loves staying educated on new techniques as well as her own touch of The Perfect Dose when it comes to everything skin! Her favorite part of the aesthetic community is having such an amazing opportunity to work with clients and be apart of their journey! Outside of the treatment room, Jacqueline enjoys hikes outside with her dog, traveling especially to the ocean, Pilates, music, art galleries and being outside enjoying nature!
