WHAT IS FORMA?
FORMA is a non-invasive treatment with ZERO DOWNTIME that uses direct, controlled heat and radiofrequency to remodel collagen (if a series of treatments are done) and experience instant, short lasting results. Forma is recognized as the “RED CARPET FACIAL” due to its instant lifting and contouring results.
HOW DOES FORMA WORK?
Forma treatments use radiofrequency energy to target the skin. The radiofrequency energy sculpts and tightens the skin for an instant lift. Results can be seen immediately and will last 4 weeks unless completed in a series of 6 treatments 1 time per week. The forma treatment encourages the formation of new collagen stimulation and improved skin elasticity with no downtime.

WHO IS A CANDIDATE FOR FORMA?
Forma is suitable for all skin types and appropriate for individuals seeking a non-invasive treatment for skin tightness.
How to Prepare for a FORMA Treatment
Before your Forma session, your skin must not be overexposed to sunlight for at least two weeks. Additionally, you must always apply the most suitable sunscreen for your skin type.
It is highly recommended that retinoids and other exfoliating skin products be stopped at least two weeks before a Forma session. This will prevent the skin from becoming hypersensitive, which can make it more prone to damage during an RF treatment.
Forma is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consider other alternatives to secure your overall health.
On the day of your Forma treatment, do not wear makeup or apply skincare products.
Your FORMA Session
A Forma treatment begins with applying the gel required for radiofrequency handpieces. After the gel is applied, the Forma handpiece will be used to massage the area for treatment. The device can be adjusted to match your comfort. The treatment will feel like a hot stone massage.
The whole session should last for 30-60 minutes. There is no downtime or recovery time, and you can resume your normal activities immediately.
Most commonly treated areas include:
- Brow lines
- Crows feet
- Upper and lower eyelid wrinkles
- The nasolabial folds
- Marionette lines
- Jowls
- Jawline and submental area
HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE RECOMMENDED?
To see the best results, weekly sessions are recommended over a six-week period. However, based on a pre-evaluation from your provider, individuals may be treated in just one session.
WILL IT HURT?
Forma is a painless procedure with no downtime. Post-procedure, slight redness in the treatment area is common, and it will subside to reveal younger-looking skin within a few hours.
CAN THIS BE COMBINED WITH OTHER TREATMENTS?
Forma can be combined with most laser treatments, facials, and injectables. Please speak to your provider prior to combining Forma with other services.
