Kristen Herzog, DNP, FNP-BC
Owner & Founder of Perfect Dose, Medical Director & Expert Injector
Dr. Herzog, a.k.a. “The Perfect Dose”, is the founder and owner of Perfect Dose. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and then proceeded to get her Doctorate’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner. She is a national speaker and trainer for Galderma and Allergan. Dr. Herzog prides herself as a consultation expert who specializes in facial balancing with filler, Sculptra and PDO threads.
Dr. Herzog spent five years as an Emergency Room nurse prior to joining medical aesthetics in 2018. She originally went into nursing to help care for patients and contribute to them feeling better. Combining her love for medical aesthetics, inspiring confidence and passion for helping people, Dr. Herzog founded her own practice, Perfect Dose, in 2020. She wanted to create a space where science meets elevated experience. Today, Perfect Dose is well-known for offering customized, result-driven treatments in a family-like atmosphere.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Herzog also co-founded Perfect Dose RX in 2022; a medical grade skincare line with clean ingredients. When creating this line, her mission was to merge clean skincare formulas with medical grade ingredients that outperform conventional alternatives at an affordable price for all patients.
When Dr. Herzog is not treating, speaking or training, you can find her spending time with her husband, Steven, their son, Jackson, and two chihuahuas; Prince and Pancake.

Brooklyn Pacconi BSN, RN, CLT
Expert Injector, Registered Nurse & Laser Certified Technician
Brooklyn started working for Perfect Dose in 2020 as an Expert Injector and Certified Laser Technician. She is originally from Thatcher, Arizona and relocated to Phoenix in 2012 to pursue a higher education at Grand Canyon State University. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, she spent seven years at Banner University in the Medical/Surgical Pulmonary Department before joining medical aesthetics in 2019. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the look on her patient’s face when they see their results – leaving them more confident in their own skin! Outside of the office, Brooklyn enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, daughter, Sutton, reading, playing co-ed softball and especially researching and planning trips.

Kelsey Sappinton, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse & Medical Assistant
Kelsey started working at the Perfect Dose in 2023 as a Registered Nurse assisting and learning under Dr. Herzog where she fell in love with the aesthetic industry. Kelsey is a small town girl from Upstate New York where she received her Bachelor’s in Nursing in 2019. She spent the majority of her nursing career as a travel nurse taking care of high risk obstetrics patients across the west coast. Travel nursing eventually led her to the sunny state of Arizona, where she decided to stay with her fiancé and 2 dogs! Kelseys favorite part of being a nurse injector is coming up with personalized treatment plans that leave her patients feeling like the best versions of themselves. Aside from Aesthetics, Kelseys other creative outlets include photography, makeup and sewing!

Camrie Bickle, LE, CLT
Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Laser Technician
Camrie started working for Perfect Dose in 2023 as a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician. She is a true Arizona native – born and raised in the East Valley. She attended Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics before joining medical aesthetics in 2019. She has experience working for medical spas as well as on the corporate side where she was a Vivace Microneedling and Vivace Ultra National Trainer for Aesthetics Biomedical Inc. Her favorite part of aesthetics is the community among other providers and her clients. She is an avid skincare junkie and enjoys the constant opportunity to learn about new treatments and ingredients. Outside of the treatment room, Camrie enjoys attending stand-up comedy shows, visiting up north, working out with her mom, enjoying good food, playing board games and puzzles.

Jacqueline Disciorio, LE, CLT
Licensed Aesthetician, Certified Laser Technician & Patient Care-Coordinator
Jacqueline joined Perfect Dose in 2024 as a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician as well as patient care-coordinator. She is from Las Vegas, NV growing up in the desert she found a passion for skincare and helping others achieve their goals with comfort and positivity! She attended Imaj Institute of medical aesthetics and laser. She loves staying educated on new techniques as well as her own touch of The Perfect Dose when it comes to everything skin! Her favorite part of the aesthetic community is having such an amazing opportunity to work with clients and be apart of their journey! Outside of the treatment room, Jacqueline enjoys hikes outside with her dog, traveling especially to the ocean, Pilates, music, art galleries and being outside enjoying nature!

Tyler has over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, he is a dedicated medical assistant who combines his love for aesthetics with a commitment to patient care. His favorite part about working at The Perfect Dose is helping patients look and feel their best. His goal is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every patient who walks through the door, ensuring they leave with a smile.
When Tyler is not providing exceptional care at The Perfect Dose, you can find him spending quality time with his husband, exploring new shopping destinations, or traveling to new places.
